1.Records relating to the procedure used in the allocation of housing, including, but not limited to:
a. Any internal memo; and
b. Any policy documents;
2.Records reflecting the beneficiaries of the housing project, including:
a. The beneficiaries, by name only, as recorded in the relevant housing database; and
b. The so called “backyarders list”;
3.Records relating to the delays in providing the housing and the suspension of the process, including, but not limited to:
a. Minutes of meetings; and
b. Internal memos.
